We collect information provided directly by institutions and their users: institution data (name, address, contact), student data (name, date of birth, academic records), family data (name, contact, relationship to student), and platform usage data (access logs, preferences).
2. How We Use the Information
We use the information exclusively to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) send communications related to the Service; (c) generate aggregated and anonymous statistics to improve the platform; (d) comply with legal obligations.
3. Protection of Minors' Data
We are especially careful with the data of minors. This data is only accessible by the educational institution and authorized families. We never use minors' data for commercial purposes or share it with third parties.
4. Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform daily backups and monthly recovery tests. Our security team monitors the platform 24/7.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except: (a) infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (under confidentiality agreements); (b) when required by law or competent authority; (c) with the explicit consent of the institution.
6. User Rights

7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the service (session, language preferences). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to this Policy
